A dedicated Patient Coordinator is assigned immediately after your clinical evaluation is approved, typically within 24-48 hours. You will have a video call with your named coordinator before finalising any travel or financial commitment, so you know exactly who you'll be working with throughout your journey.

What happens if I have an emergency after returning to Spain?

Your 24/7 CRM coordinator remains your first point of contact for the rest of your life. Available on WhatsApp, phone, or video call, they triage your concern clinically, may arrange video consultation with our clinicians, and coordinate directly with your local Spanish dentist if treatment is needed. Emergency support is included with no additional cost under the CRM aftercare framework.

Can my family or partner contact my coordinator?
