Airport Pickup Service

A named driver collects you from Delhi airport arrivals and transports you to your accommodation. Your coordinator provides the driver's contact details, car description, and WhatsApp number at least 24 hours before your arrival. Your driver is experienced with international patients, speaks clear English, knows the routes to our clinic and partner hotels, and is trained in courteous, professional service. If your flight is delayed, your coordinator manages the rescheduling.

Daily Clinical Transport

Throughout your treatment, your driver provides pickup from your hotel and transport to the clinic for every scheduled appointment. Timing is coordinated to ensure you arrive 10–15 minutes before each appointment, without stress or rush. After treatment, you are transported directly back to your hotel for rest and recovery. This predictability and reliability is especially important during post-operative days when fatigue is common.

Transport During Recovery Days

Some days during your treatment will be rest or monitoring days with no scheduled appointments. Your coordinator can arrange sightseeing, shopping, or local exploration if you wish, or simply ensure transport is available if you need to visit a nearby pharmacy, medical supply store, or for any urgent needs.

Special Accommodations

If you have mobility challenges, accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, or family members accompanying you, communicate these to your CRM coordinator. We arrange appropriate hotels (ground floor access, elevators, accessibility features), coordinate dietary needs in advance with partners, and ensure transport is suitable for all passengers. Your coordinator personalises every detail.

Can I choose my own hotel instead of your partner hotels?

Absolutely. If you prefer a specific hotel or wish to stay with family, airport pickup and daily clinical transport remain fully included. Just inform your coordinator of your accommodation details, and transport logistics are arranged around your location.

What if I want to do sightseeing or shopping between appointments?

Your driver and coordinator can arrange this. Whether it's visiting local markets, restaurants, or tourist sites on rest days, your coordinator coordinates timing and transport. This is optional and entirely at your discretion.

Are companions (partners, family members) included in transport?

Yes. If you're travelling with a companion, they are included in airport pickup and clinical transport. There is no additional cost, and your coordinator ensures accommodation preferences reflect the full group.

What is the cost of partner hotels?

Partner hotel costs are not included in your treatment and are paid directly to the hotel. Your CRM coordinator provides pricing for different partner properties (typically ranging from EUR $80–200 per night depending on category). You pay the hotel directly, usually at check-out.
