Coordinators are Spain-based, operate on CET, and are available via WhatsApp, phone, and email 7 days a week.

- Schedules pre-departure video call
During Treatment:
- Daily WhatsApp check-ins
- Coordinates between you and clinical team
- Available 24/7 for any concern
- Family updates (with your consent)
- Handles logistics (pharmacy, dietary adjustments)
After Return:
- Sends Spanish dentist handover package
- Schedules Month 1 remote video consultation
- Sets recurring follow-up calendar
- Processes warranty claims
- Coordinates local dentist support if needed
- Remains your contact for life
