Why This Page Exists

A patient flying across an ocean to receive surgical treatment is entitled to see the surgical environment before booking the flight. Brochure photography is unfortunately ubiquitous in medical-tourism marketing, the patient sees a polished image of a generic operatory and arrives to find the actual environment is something quite different. This page is the alternative: every photograph below is from one of our active branches, with the named room, the named equipment, the operating capacity, and the year the equipment was installed.

Hyderabad, Banjara Hills (Flagship)

Reception and Patient Waiting Area

Capacity: 16 seated, separate quiet area for post-op patients. The reception desk handles new-patient intake, treatment-coordinator handover, and post-op follow-up scheduling.

Consultation Suite (Three Rooms)

Each consultation room has wall-mounted screen, intraoral camera, and digital-radiograph viewer. New-patient intakes, treatment planning, and patient-education sessions are run here. Cases are not assessed in surgical operatories, that boundary keeps the surgical environment available for surgery.

Imaging Suite

Carestream CS 9600 CBCT (installed 2022), 75-micrometre voxel resolution, 18-second scan time. Used for every implant case across all branches; non-imaging-suite branches transmit cases to Banjara Hills for read.

Trios 5 intraoral scanner (installed 2023), full-arch digital impressions in under three minutes; dual-arch scans transmitted directly to the digital lab.

Surgical Suite (Six Operatories)

Each operatory: surgical chair (A-dec), surgical microscope (Zeiss EXTARO 300), piezoelectric unit (Mectron PIEZOSURGERY touch), surgical handpiece motor (W&H Implantmed), IV-sedation monitoring station. Operatories 1–4 are full-arch capable; operatories 5–6 are configured for single-implant and minor surgical work.

Digital Lab (On-Site)

SprintRay Pro 95 3D printer (installed 2023), provisional bridges, surgical guides, and study models. 5-axis CAD-CAM milling unit for monolithic zirconia and PMMA bridges. Sintering ovens for zirconia post-processing. Lab supervises every prosthesis from impression to delivery.

Recovery and Sterilisation

Sterilisation processing area runs the six-stage instrument reprocessing pathway documented on the Safety page. Two Class B autoclaves (Melag Vacuklav 31B+) ensure no instrument-availability bottleneck during a busy surgical day. Recovery suite with three reclining stations for post-sedation observation.

Layout Overview

Jubilee Hills is the second-largest Hyderabad branch. Six operatories (four implant-capable, two general/paediatric), one imaging suite (with CBCT but no on-site lab, cases transmit to Banjara Hills), one consultation suite (two rooms), and a hygiene operatory.

The paediatric operatory is the only branch with a dedicated paediatric setup; child-friendly fittings, animation screens at chair level, and a quiet-room recovery area for younger patients.

For any case requiring general anaesthesia, overnight observation, or complex maxillofacial surgery, we operate from AIG Hospital Gachibowli under joint-clinician arrangements. The partner-hospital theatre is a fully-equipped operating room; our surgeons operate, AIG provides anaesthesia coverage and post-operative observation. Fifteen-minute drive from Banjara Hills.

Partner Hospital Backup, Apollo Jubilee Hills (Hyderabad)

Equivalent partner-hospital arrangement to AIG. Twelve-minute drive from Jubilee Hills branch. Used for cases warranting Apollo's specific medical-team capabilities (cardiology coverage, oncology coordination).
